Our heartfelt appreciation to Dr Serene Lim from KK Women's and Children's Hospital for the excellent care we received during my son's stay on Oct 14. Dr Lim, from the anesthesia team, together with the neurosurgical team, went the extra mile to assist my son, who was vomitting several times. Three neurosurgeons came twice to our ward to assure us that our son's condition was caused by a stomach bug instead of a head injury. Their willingness to help impressed us.

On May 28, 10 days past the expected due date of the birth of my first baby boy, my husband and I were extremely anxious. At 10am, in the delivery suite of KK Women's and Children's Hospital, I was met by senior staff nurse Teo Puay Ling, who was refreshingly cheerful and upbeat about my condition. Soon, she put us at ease. During the two hours I was in labour, she took the utmost care of me. She was supposed to be off work by 3pm but instead volunteered to stay back to assist in my delivery until way past 4pm. I am truly grateful to her for sacrificing her personal time.

Thanks to Snr Nurse SK Yeoh for taking the trouble to go to another department to check on me after my emergency caesarean.Thanks to our beloved Super Doctor CK Khoo, who went through the whole pregnancy period with me. ( Everyone commented on the nice cut on my tummy ;))

I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Adj A/Prof Ng Kee Chong when my daughter was sent to KKH Children's A&E, last year, on 11 Dec 2010. My daughter was suffering from bad constipation problems and was traumatised back then. I really appreciate Prof Ng for spending so much time with me that night thinking of the best remedy, alternatives and methods to calm my daughter anxiety & fear at the A&E. Prof Ng had spent time talking to my daughter patiently and he even called us to follow-up to check if my girl was recovering well. I would like to let him know my gal's constipation problem has improved and now she's a happy little girl. I really appreciate his patience, care & professionalism dedicated to the little patients. Thank you very much!!

Very cosy environment, friendly service, offers after office hour & weekend clinics. White Coffee, Teh Tarik, Hot Milo, Fresh Apple & etc are available for patients at The Private Suite.The charges are very similar to private hospitals but I like it here. Very well equipped & my Dr. Is cautiously attentive &transparent on all investigations. I get a copy of report for every test that I do. The Private Suite is definitely a milestone for KKH.

I like to thank your team of doctors, nurses from Ward 42 and 44 for taking such good care of me during my recent TAH cystectomy BSO on 26 Nov 10, especially Dr Tan Thiam Chye, who is my excellent gynae and surgeon!He is an angel - caring, concern for my health and a responsible doctor. He gave me his email contact so I could reach him in the event I needed medical advice/assistance, as I refused surgery in Jan out of fear and due to my upcoming 6 months oversea trip. Dr Tan has been a source of strength & comfort for me this year and I know I'm in good hands. I also like to thank Dr Jane Tan (colorectal surgeon) for her gentleness, care and concern during my consultation in Oct 10. All of you are God-send lovely angels! It makes this Christmas so much more meaningful! Thank you from my heart.

I just discharged from Mount E for lung operation. truelly, KKH equipment is latest n new, compared to ME, bed mattress so old, sunken in between, bedsheet mostly have stain, carpet floor wonder had been there how long(germs within)..my wife stay there for 3 days, she also mention KKh is better.

I would like to thank Prof. Ivy Ng, CEO KKH, for visiting little Chloe during her ERT at Ward 66 yesterday. I am very grateful for the arrangement that Prof Ng had made for Chloe. Also, I would like to thank all the doctors and nurses in KKH for taking care of Chloe, especially Dr. Tan Ee Shien. She is the most helpful and encouraging doctor we have seen. Chloe is in good hand and she will continue to progress and get well under the love and care from KKH.

Hello! I brought in my 2 year old baby girl Dovie today and WOW what an UNBELIEVABLE experience it was! I am new to Sing from US and although I love America, we could really learn from how you do things here in Sing-especially at KK Hosptial. THANK YOU for running an AWESOME children's facility-Dr. Loo and your entire Team are AWESOME!

Hello! I was at ward 43 over the weekend and I would like to state my appreciation to PCA Rahimah Uchi and Nurse Prema Late for making me feel so at home. And the rest of the staff there :) I must say it was one of my most excellent stays ever at KKH.

I wish to express my utmost thanks to all the doctors, nurses and staff at the delivery ward at KK Women's and Children's Hosital. It was all because of your care and concern that I was able to give birth to my daughter, who is a very healthy baby even though she was prematurely born.

Special thanks to Dr Shepali Tagore and Dr Natalie Chua who helped in her delivery, bringing her into this wonderful world.

During my stay in the hospital, even though it was an anxious time for me (as I have high blood pressure and have to take daily blood and urine tests), it was the smiles on the faces of the doctors and nurses who helped me start ever single day beautifully and with hope. Thank you for letting me feel that I was staying in a 6 star service hotel. I was very touched by the warm service and concern every day.

I was in the hospital for 37 days, and when it was time to leave for home, I left teary-eyed reluctantly.

Kudos to the wonderful doctors and nurses.

I wish to congrats on the excellent services during my stay at ward 32 on 14th - 16th Aug. Although its a subsidised ward, but i do feel all the great efforts from all the nurses are truly sincere. Thank you for making me feel at home. Kudos!

I would like to say a big thank you to the staff of KK Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH). I just completed my chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer and it could not have been done successfully without them.

First I would like to thank Dr Lynette Ngo Su Mien, my oncologist.

The wonderful team of nurses and ward clerks was a great help and a constant source of support for me. Thanks also to the Breast Centre's team of nurses and clerk, ward 82 nurse managers Rani Krishnan and Loke, and my colleagues, who were always willing to help me during this tumultuous period.

I am not forgetting my dearest friends, Ms Tan Siew Fern and Ms Nalini Sreganath, who have been my pillars of strength, giving me advice and encouragement during my toughest moments. After undergoing treatment for cancer, I have come to realise how important it is to have a support system in my life and I would like to thank all of them.
