KKH established the first 24-hour children's emergency service in Singapore

It houses the largest Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Southeast Asia with 32 beds

The hospital's perinatal mortality rate of 4.92 per 1,000 live births and neonatal mortality rate of 1.99 per 1,000 live births are rated in the league of leading centres in the world.
