The Academic Medicine Education Institute (AM•EI) was launched on 6 September 2012, as an academic partnership between Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School and SingHealth. A joint institute open to all levels of educators in SingHealth and Duke-NUS, AM•EI seeks to equip medical educators with best teaching practices that will bring out the best in their students.
In the spirit of inspiring educators to transform tomorrow's healthcare education, AM•EI provides faculty development activities, scholarships and grants, and peer review and mentoring for teaching and education research.
