Stories – Of Hope and Inspiration A Breast Cancer Awareness Exhibition featuring survivor stories through cast sculptures
Singapore’s first breast cancer cast sculpture exhibition titled, ‘Stories – Of Hope and Inspiration’, will be on display from 4 to 11 October 2008 at KK Women’s and Children’s auditorium. Created by students of LaSalle, the sculptures depict the surgery scars of breast cancer survivors, and aim to provoke and inspire audiences about the disease, and the importance of early detection. Casts will be done on the torsos of breast cancer survivors. |
