By Shuttle Bus

We run a free shuttle service between the hospital and nearby Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) stations, Monday - Friday (except public holidays), 8 am - 9.30 pm. The seating capacity is limited to 23 persons for safety reasons.

Novena MRT to KKH (loop)	Pick-up point outside Novena Square, every 15 minutes
Bugis MRT to KKH (loop)	Pick-up point at bus-stop outside Bugis MRT Exit A, along Victoria Street, every 15 minutes

The Taxi Stand is located at Basement 1. For your safety, we discourage taxis from picking up passengers along Level 1.

Parking Fees

Monday - Saturday	6 am - 6 pm	$0.03 per minute charging
Monday - Saturday	6 pm – 6 am	$2.00 per entry
Sunday and public holidays		$2.00 per entry
Whole day		$12.00 per entry

Please ensure that you have sufficient amount in your cash card to pay for the parking fees.

Concessionary Parking

Concessionary carpark ticket entitles you to multiple entries to the hospital's Basement 2 Carpark and is valid for a maximum of for 3 consecutive days from date of issue. Priced at $25 (non-refundable), the ticket is designed to benefit parents, spouses and next-of-kin of long-staying patients.

To apply, simply pick up an application form from Admissions, Level 1 or the nursing staff in the wards.

Valet Parking

Valet parking service for visitors is available. The valet counter is located at Level 1, Women's Tower.

MOVING AROUND KKH

To help patients who have difficulty in walking move around, we’ve placed wheelchairs at strategic alighting points to help them move to the outpatient clinics. You’ll find them at the lift lobbies on Basement 2, near the taxi stand on Basement 1, and near the driveway on Level 1.

Signages in pink indicate women’s facilities in the hospital.

 Blue signages with animal motifs indicate children’s facilities within KKH.

The women’s and children’s facilities are located in separate towers – Women’s Tower and Children’s Tower – and are served by different lifts. There is no through access between the towers except through Basement 1 (past the taxi stand) and Level 1.
