Is a Singaporean or Singapore PR and referred by a polyclinic or
Is referred by a restructured hospital where the patient is a subsidised patient or
Is discharged from inpatient B2 or C Ward Class

For patients who have not seen their doctors for more than 12 months:

A Private First Consultation fee would be imposed at your next visit or
A new referral from the polyclinic would be required should you wish to continue your care in KKH as a subsidised patient

Notes:

The above charges apply to Permanent Residents (PRs - those with Singapore Blue Identity Card and Entry/Re-Entry Permit) only.

With effect from 1 January 2008, PRs will be subsidised at 5% less than Singapore Citizens. A further 5% reduction will be effected on 1 July 2008.

All rates are in Singapore dollars and are subject to prevailing GST.
