* Private referral applies when a patient:

• Has no referral from a doctor (i.e. self-refer) or
• Is referred by a private practitioner or hospital or
• Is referred by a restructured hospital or polyclinic
• Is discharged from inpatient ward
• Is a foreign resident

• A Private First Consultation fee would be imposed at your next visit.

Notes:

• The above charges apply to Foreign Residents (those with employment pass, work permit, student pass, etc) only. 
• There will be no subsidy for Foreign Residents.
• All rates are in Singapore dollars and are subject to prevailing GST.
