KKH patients, you can now get your prescribed medication without having to make a trip down to the hospital again.
Your medication will be delivered to you Monday - Friday, 2.00 - 7.00 pm.
This service is only available for KKH registered patients staying in Singapore.

| What should I do if I want the medication to be delivered to me? |
|
If you are at the pharmacy, leave the prescription with the pharmacy staff.
Or download the form, fill up the form, and either fax / mail to us. Do not send original prescription or benefit card through mail.

Once the pharmacy receives your prescription, we will give you a call to finalise the details. Once details are finalised you can expect your medication to be delivered on the next working day. | | |

| How much will I pay for the courier service? |
| Courier service charge is $7.35 per delivery up to 5 kg, and $1 per kg thereafter. This is exclusive of the cost of medication. Prices are subject to change.

| How can I pay for the medications? |
|
You can pay by cash / cheque / benefit card.
For cash, pay the exact amount to the delivery staff.
For cheque, please cross the cheque and make it payable to "KK Women's and Children's Hospital". Give the cheque to the delivery staff.
For payment through benefit card, the following is a list of benefit cards that are accepted by KK Hospital:

- Once an order is confirmed, no changes can be made upon delivery.
- Medicines sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Please ensure someone is at the specified address to receive the medication at the agreed date / time. A surcharge will apply for waiting.
- Prepare the exact amount if paying by cash. You will receive the receipt once payment is finalised.
- Check that the delivered items are correct and in good condition.
