Cannot remember your clinic appointment with us? Now, with the Appointment Query Service,  you can simply send us a short message (SMS), any time of the day, and receive an automatic reply from us.

Step 1:
Text your message in this format

For Singapore Identity Card holders
Key in KKHAPPT<space>NRIC<space>Date of Birth

E.g. KKHAPPT S1234567A 01/01/1970

For Non-Singapore Identity Card holders
Key in KKHAPPT<space>Hospital Registration Number (HRN)*<space>Date of Birth
*Your HRN can be found on your hospital documents

E.g. KKHAPPT Y071234567A 01/01/1970

Step 2:
Send to 92778554 (9-APPT-KKH)

Step 3:
You will receive an automatic SMS reply containing the information of your upcoming appointment at KKH. If you have more than one appointment with us, you will receive the details in separate SMS replies.
