  • Referral letter from your family doctor / polyclinic, if any
  • Your child's health booklet, for immunisation visits
  • Civil Service Card (CSC) or Medical Benefits Identity Memo (MBIM) if you a pensioner, civil servant or a dependent of a civil servant
  • Hospitalisation Identity Card (HIC) if your employer has signed an agreement/ letter of guarantee with KKH
  • Letter of guarantee from the National Blood Centre for blood donors and their nominees
  • Letter of guarantee from your employer/ insurance company certifying that your bill will be settled
  • Any medical benefits card and other documentation on your nationality which you may have.

We will register your visit with us, and our nurse will take your child’s medical history.

The staff will then call you to take the height and weight of your child, if required.

You will then be directed to the respective rooms for your child’s consultation with the doctor.

After your child’s consultation, we will arrange for your follow-up appointment that best meets your needs and your doctor’s instructions. You will find the date and time on your child’s appointment card and receipt. Please bring this card along with you on your subsequent visits.

Follow-Up Appointments

Just proceed to the respective clinic as stated on your child’s appointment card and receipt. You can use your appointment card to auto-register your visit at the clinic’s Reception counter. You will receive a ticket indicating your queue number to see the doctor and other tests or instructions.

Please remember to bring along your medical benefits card (if any) at every visit.

Additional Tests

During your visits, your child may need to have other investigations such as ultrasound scans, X-rays and blood tests. Please note that some of these tests may not be performed on the same day as your consultation.

Medication

You may collect and pay for your child’s prescriptions at the Children's Pharmacy located on Basement 1. Please ensure that the prescription slip and medication bears your child’s name and BC/NRIC number.

Payments

After your child’s consultation, you can pay at the clinic’s Cashier counter using cash, NETS, credit card (Mastercard/ VISA), or local cheques.

Just press for your queue ticket at the Payment Queue Ticket machine and wait for your number to be displayed at the payment counter.
