You are required to register your child's birth within 14 days from the date of birth, including Sundays and public holidays.
Please bring the following documents:

Both parents' identity cards |

Original marriage certificate |

• |
Entry permit (yellow card) if parents are permanent residents |

Passport and workpermit/social visit card for non-residents |

Registration fee of S$33*, inclusive of GST |
