The 6-bedded Children's Step Down Unit provides continuous optimal medical and nursing care for pre-operative cardiac cases, and for children recovering from heart (cardiothoracic and cardiology) procedures. The children are admitted from in-hospital, local and overseas referrals.

Upon discharge, the children's caregivers can dial our 24-hour hotline for assistance if necessary.
