Antenatal programme. To help moms-to-be cope with pregnancy |

Aquafitness in pregnancy. A water exercise programme specially designed for expectant mothers who are keen to keep fit and healthy during pregnancy |

Postnatal fitness programmes. For mothers to learn about important exercises in the postnatal period. |

Baby massage classes. Conducted by experienced physiotherapists, the class teaches baby massage techniques. Participants are strongly encouraged to bring their babies along for the class. | | |

| Besides pregnancy-related programmes, the Patient Education Centre also conducts parenting and health-related programmes for parents and houses a resource library for parents and children. |
