The Women's Hospital has 3 clinical departments - General Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Maternal Foetal Medicine and Gynaecological Subspecialties (gynaecological oncology, urogynaecology, menopause, reproductive medicine and minimally invasive surgery).

Specialist Outpatient Clinics A, B and C are located on Level 1. While Specialist Outpatient Clinic D is located on Basement 1.

With 15 clinical services and 8 surgical disciplines, the Children's Hospital offers a complete range of healthcare services for children from birth to 16 years old. The Children's Walk-In Clinic offers patients quick access to specialist non-emergency care.

Specialist Outpatient Clinics K and P, Cardiac Centre, Eye Centre, Respiratory & Allergy Lab, Children's Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) Centre are located inside the Children's Specialist Clinics on Level 1, Children's Tower.
