Breast lumps are a common occurrence in women, the majority being benign lesions such as fibroadenomata in teenagers and young adults, and fibrocystic change and cysts in the older women. Only approximately 10-20% of breast lumps are malignant. In recent years, women aged 40 and above have been strongly encouraged to undergo regular mammographic screening.

As such, the number of asymptomatic women seeking medical advice due to abnormal imaging results has been on the rise. We run daily clinics managed by a multi-disciplinary team of breast surgeons, radiologists, reconstructive surgeons, medical and radiation oncologists, physiotherapists and nurse clinicians. Patients can expect a quick turnaround time for tests and lab results, all in a personalized setting.

We specialise in all aspects of breast health and breast care.

Range of Services:

• Diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases, ranging from benign lesions to malignant conditions
• Same-day mammograms and breast ultrasounds for first visit patients with diagnostic problems with a biopsy on same day if necessary
• Minimally invasive breast surgery including ultrasound guided or stereotactic guided mammotomy
• Oncologic breast surgery including breast reconstruction as needed
• Selective sentinel lymphadenectomy with reduction of postoperative morbidity for suitable patients
• Adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy including neoadjuvant chemotherapy for downstaging of breast cancers
• Breast self examination training and counselling
