Booking an appointment is easy with any of these options

Online Request ( Make / Change / Cancel Your Outpatient Appointment)

You can now make, change or cancel an appointment by completing the online appointment form. Our staff will contact you by the next working day to confirm the request.

SMS Us!

Forgotten your appointment date/time? Now, with the Appointment Query Service, you can simply send us a short message (SMS), any time of the day, and receive an automatic reply from us.

Step 1

Text your message in this format

For Singapore Identity Card holders

Key in KKHAPPT<space>NRIC<space>Date of Birth (dd/mm/yyyy)

E.g. KKHAPPT S1234567A 31/12/1970

For Non-Singapore Identity Card holders

Key in KKHAPPT<space>Hospital Registration Number (HRN)*<space>Date of Birth (dd/mm/yyyy)

*Your HRN can be found on your hospital documents

Step 2 Send to +65 9277 8554 (9-APPT-KKH)
Step 3 You will receive an automatic SMS reply containing the information of your upcoming appointment at KKH. If you have more than one appointment with us, you will receive the details in separate SMS replies.

  • The usual SMS charges apply for messages sent & received from your mobile phone. Please refer to your mobile phone provider for details.

e-Appointment Booking System

e-Appointment Booking System is an one-stop appointment booking system for SingHealth's group of health institutions. This web application allows patients or parents to view, change or cancel their or their child's appointments. To make new appointments, please call Central Appointments at +65 6294 4050 or submit an Online Appointment Request (refer to details above).

Patients who are 15 years and above will need to apply for a SingPass before using e-Appointment. To apply for SingPass, please click here.

Parents with child(ren) below 15 years old can use their own SingPass to manage their child's appointments. However, they have to inform the hospital first by providing the child's birth certificate to show their relationship.

Some appointments may not be shown on the system for the following reasons:

  • No existing outpatient appointment
  • The validity of patient's last consultation may have expired
  • Service rendered on walk-in basis (including Children's Emergency & O&G (24-hour) Clinic)
  • Patient was discharged with no follow-up appointment
  • Patient confidentiality

The following types of appointments are not allowed to be re-scheduled or cancelled by using e-Appointment:

  • First appointment for a new medical condition
  • Appointments that require pre-preparation or special tests to be done on arrival
  • Appointments that require urgent specialist assessment or where important advice for certain medical conditions will be shared
  • Appointments that are tied to a specialised treatment, procedure or test.
