ePayment is an online payment service provided by KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital to provide you with greater flexibility and convenience to pay your medical bills using VISA or MasterCard credit card.
To use ePayment, you will need to have a valid VISA or MasterCard Credit Card.

Payments can be made through Self-Service Automated Machines (SAMs) and at all post offices located nationwide.

- SAMs: NETS only
- Post Offices: Cash, Cash Card, Credit Card and NETS

Cheque or Bank Draft (in Singapore Dollars and drawn on banks operating in Singapore only) should be crossed and made payable to “KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital Pte Ltd” or "KKH Pte Ltd". Please indicate the patient's name, NRIC, case number and contact number on the reverse side of the cheque.

Understanding your Bill
We try to make your Hospital Bill easy to understand. Here are some examples and what some of the terms mean.
What the terms mean

Refers to charges for stays in the Wards. |
| Daily Treatment Fee |
Comprises the doctor's fees. |
| Immediate Post Operative Care |
These are charges that are incurred while the patient is in the recovery bay area after a surgical procedure. During this time, the patient is closely monitored by the anaesthetist and nurses. |
| Laboratory Investigations |
Services requiring laboratory work such as full blood count etc. |
| X-ray Investigations |
Refers to services relating to diagnostic imaging eg ultrasound, CT scan etc. |
| Specialised Investigations |
Refers to specialised services such as blood typing and screening. |
| Ward Procedures |
Comprises supplies and staff involved in a procedure. |
| Medical Consumables |
Refers to medical supplies provided and used in the ward, operating theatre etc eg sterile gloves, syringe. |
| Surgical Supplies |
These are consumables used for a surgical procedure. |
| Rehabilitative Services |
Refers to services that help to aid recovery eg physiotherapy, occupational therapy. |
| Drugs/Prescriptions/Injections |
Prescribed medications, drugs and injections. |
| Other procedures |
Other services such as HIV screening. |
| Miscellaneous Non-Treatment related |
Refers to items such as rental of foldable bed, visitor's meals and ambulance charges. |
