Please bring along your:
- Identity card
- Passport / work permit / employment pass / social visits pass / student pass (if you are non-Singaporean)
- Referral letter from your family doctor / polyclinic, if any
- Civil Service Card (CSC) or Medical Benefits Identity Memo (MBIM) if you a pensioner, civil servant or a dependent of a civil servant
- Hospitalisation Identity Card (HIC) if your employer has signed an agreement/ letter of guarantee with KKH
- Letter of guarantee from the National Blood Centre for blood donors and their nominees
- Letter of guarantee from your employer/ insurance company certifying that your bill will be settled
- Any medical benefits card and other documentation on your nationality which you may have.
We will register your visit with us, and medical history will be taken. You will receive a ticket indicating your queue number/antenatal booklet for the entire visit in the clinic.
You will then be directed to the respective rooms for any pre-consultation tests and consultation with your doctor.
After your consultation, we will arrange for your follow-up appointment that best meets your needs and your doctor’s instructions. You will find the date and time on your appointment card/antenatal booklet and bill. Please bring this card along with you on your subsequent visits.
Follow-Up Appointments
Please proceed to the respective clinic as stated on your appointment/antenatal booklet and bill. You can use your NRIC or appointment card to register your visit.
Please remember to bring along your medical benefits card (if any) at every visit.
Additional Tests
During your visits, you may need to have other investigations such as ultrasound scans, X-rays and blood tests. Please note that some of these tests may not be performed on the same day as your consultation.

We accept cash, NETS, credit card (Mastercard/ VISA), or local cheques.
Medication
You may collect and pay for your prescriptions at the Retail Pharmacy located at the Retail Mall on Level 1. Please ensure that the prescription slip and medication bears your name and NRIC number.

So you know that there are others like you whom you can share your fears and frustrations, hopes and happiness with.
Breastfeeding Support Group
Managed by the hospital’s lactation consultants and counsellors, the group counsels and teaches mothers the proper techniques of breastfeeding.
It also provides counselling over the phone for mothers who have been discharged from the hospital.
To further encourage mothers to breastfeed their babies, sharing sessions by experienced breastfeeding moms are organised every two months. The group aims to provide a platform for breastfeeding mothers to discuss and share their concerns.
Perinatal Depression Support Group
This group provides a network of support for mothers who experience depression and anxiety during pregnancy and the postnatal period. It provides mothers with an opportunity to share their experiences and practical information about the condition, and offers tips on coping.
Sessions are conducted in English and are facilitated by case managers. It is held on the 1st Tuesday of the month. For more information, please call +65 6394 2205.
If you are suffering from Postnatal Depression, and would like to participate in a study examining medication usuage in treatment of Postnatal Depression, please kindly contact +65 6394 2205 for further details.
This research will benefit other women as well as contribute to our current understanding of the treatment of Postnatal Depression.
'Woman-to-Woman' Menopause Support Group
This group provides a platform for women to discuss the myths and fears of menopause and to share with each other their own experience with the condition.
Together with its panel of medical advisors, the group aims to provide comprehensive and accurate information on menopause to women.
Social gatherings in English take place every 3rd Saturday of the month while gatherings in Mandarin are scheduled on the 4th Saturday of the month. Members interact with one another, share their concerns on menopause and listen to talks by professionals.
Trained volunteers with the support group also provide free advice and counselling on menopause.

Women's Oncology Support Group
The group supports our gynaecological cancer patients psychologically, emotionally and physically through education and counselling, befriending services, and craft and social activities.
Volunteers comprise of nurses, paraclinical staff, patients in remission from their disease, and friends. Please speak to the ward nurse manager should you require the group's assistance.
