This is a public education forum for our patients, caregivers and members of the public on Transthyretin Cardiac Amyloidosis (ATTR-CM). Speakers will cover topics such as what is ATTR-CM and how it affects you and your family. The forum will also touch on a heart healthy diet and whether ATTR-CM is inheritable. Lunch and door gifts will be provided. Slots are limited and pre-registration is required.
