Profile
Ruth a Family Physician by training, is a senior consultant with SingHealth Polyclinics. She has helmed different portfolios including, Polyclinic Director, Assistant Director of Clinical Services, Director Education at SingHealth polyclinics, Academic Vice-Chair of Education in SingHealth Duke-NUS Family Medicine Academic Clinical programme (ACP), and Assistant Dean, Clinical Medicine Duke-NUS MD Programme.
She is currently seconded to the Ministry of Health as the Director Primary and Community Care (PCC) Division and played a key role in coordinating Primary Care’s response to the COVID-19 Pandemic. With MOH’s Healthier SG strategy and the important role Primary Care has in our Nation’s Health, Ruth will continue to help shape Singapore’s Future Primary Care landscape.
