Baby (IH0001P & IH0030) & mother (XMB007) samples to be sent together where necessary, accompanied with 67010-Form-0070. Refer to instructions in 67010-Form-0070 for more details on the creation of mother's account. Phlebotomist's name and signature must be provided on the attached tube labels. 
 

Mother:  ABO & Rh(D) typing, Antibodies screen, Anti A/B IgG Titre if ABO incompatible.  Baby:  ABO Rh(D) Typing & Direct Coombs Test (DCT)


Strictly for downtime: Request form for mother must be accompanied with mother's sample and mother's particular must be clearly written on the sticky label on the tube and request form.
