Profile
Dr Lim Baoying is an Associate Consultant with the Department of Sport & Exercise Medicine at Changi General Hospital (CGH). She graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, and subsequently obtained a Graduate Diploma and Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) and Master in Sports Medicine from the University of Queensland, as well as completing her Sport Medicine Advanced Specialist Training in CGH.
An award-winning sportswoman who has represented Singapore, Dr Lim has provided medical support to athletes across several regional sporting events. Additionally, Dr Lim has also been invited to speak on topics ranging from sports injury management and prevention, to women’s health and fitness.
Beyond her clinical role at CGH and other sport and exercise medicine centres within SingHealth, Dr Lim is also an educator in sport and exercise medicine, particularly through CGH’s Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine programme – in addition to other external education appointments at medical schools and government ministries.
