Dean Ranga on cultivating self-confident students

​This opinion-editorial looks at how parents and educators can increase the level of a child's confidence in his/ her learning abilities, leading to higher motivation, and thus, positive learning outcomes. The three steps are: setting appropriate goals, giving immediate feedback and enabling the learners to observe others doing similar tasks.
