Here at Sport and Exercise Medicine Service (SEM@KKH), we strive to provide the highest quality of care to women, children and adolescent patients. SEM@KKH was established in 2007 and since then, we have been specialising in exercise prescription, fitness assessment and physical activity counselling, just to name a few. We truly understand the big and the small peculiarities related to our patients’ body composition, injury patterns, health and fitness goals. Our specialised Sports Optimisation Programme (SOP) deals with the management and prevention of sport and exercise related injuries for our young non-carded athletes. SEM@KKH also conducts regular exercise programmes focusing on gross motor and fundamental movement skills for children aged 5 to 9 years. Should you or your child have any form of sports, exercise or health related issues, or would like to work towards a weight and/or fitness goal, do contact SEM@KKH to schedule an appointment for a thorough assessment and management plan.
