Pre-registration is required. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of completed registration form and full fee payment. Registration fee is non-refundable.

For credit card payment, please fax the completed registration form to 6394-1555. Alternatively, please email a scanned copy or photo image copy of the completed registration form to marcoms@kkh.com.sg.
