As the saying goes, 'It takes a village to raise a child'. The Department of Child Development believes in collaborating with the community in creating a better tomorrow for children with developmental needs. The department provides consultations and runs comprehensive outreach initiatives related to early intervention with primary health and community services, preschools, the Early Childhood Development Agency and philanthropic organisations to for these children.
