EZ Fill Service

The EZ Fill Service allows KKH patients to pre-order and collect their medications easily.

Who is eligible for this service?

This service is eligible for all KKH patients with valid ORIGINAL KKH prescription(s).

How can I use this service?

3 Easy steps to Fill your prescription:

1. Download and fill up the EZ Fill form
2. Email a photo of the EZ Fill form and your prescription (front and back).
3. Collect your medication @ EZ Fill Counter 11 at KKH Outpatient Pharmacy, Level 1, along with your original prescription after 2 working days.

Collection hours:

Weekdays - 11.00am to 6.30pm;
Saturday and Eve of Major Public Holidays* - 10.30am to 1.00pm;
Sunday and Public Holidays - Closed

* Major Public Holidays: New Year's Day, Chinese New Year and Christmas Day

KKH Outpatient Pharmacy, Level 1, Counter 11
