SingHealth Pharmacy Medication Delivery Service

This service is only available for registered patients of KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital staying in Singapore.

What should I do if I want my medication to be delivered to me?

4 SIMPLE STEPS

  1. Submit the original KKH prescription to KKH Outpatient Pharmacy at level 1.
    *If you do not have any prescription, proceed straight to step 2, click “Request for top-up here!” to request for a prescription and medication delivery.

  2. Order online by clicking Click here to make an online medicine top-up request
  3. Receive confirmation email.

  4. Receive the medications at your preferred location (home or office).

How long does the delivery take?

  • All MDS requests require a minimum of 5 working days to process excluding the day of request for orders. An additional working day is required for all orders received after 2pm.
  • Working days are defined as Mondays to Fridays excluding Public holidays.
  • There will be no door-step delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays and Eve of Major Public Holidays (Eve of New Year, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali and Christmas).
  • For regular door-step delivery, the expected delivery time is between 2pm to 6pm only. For other timings, please request via Health buddy app.

How can I pay for my medication?

  • Payment can be made through Epay via KKH website or Mobile pay via Health buddy app. Others- AXS, 7Eleven stores, Singpost branches or at KKH outpatient pharmacy, For other payment options, please check with a pharmacy staff.
  • For total bill more than SGD500, upfront payment needs to be made prior to delivery.

What are the charges for the delivery service?

The charges for the delivery service are waived till further notice after which a minimum charge of SGD8 will apply. Charges may vary according to the weight and volumetric size of the delivery items. For delivery at a specific timing, additional charges may apply. Please check with pharmacy staff for the latest delivery charges.

Can my third party payer/ benefit card be used to pay for my medication(s), retail merchandise(s) and delivery charges?

  • Please check with our pharmacy staff for use of third party/benefit card for medication/s.
  • Retail items and delivery charges are strictly NOT claimable by third party payer.

Other Important Information

  • Retail merchandise is not eligible for delivery service unless it is prescribed by the doctor.
  • Once an order is confirmed, no changes can be made.
  • Medications delivered are not exchangeable or refundable.
  • Please ensure that someone is at the specified address to receive the medications/ items at the agreed time/ date. In the event that customer is not at the specified delivery address and not contactable at the time of delivery, the customer will have to bear the total charges for both items and delivery charges. A second delivery charge will apply for request to resend item/s.
  • Please note no official receipt will be issued for all delivery related invoice.
  • Please note that for online payment, an official tax invoice will only be issued upon request via KKH business office at 64078108.

Operating hours for the Outpatient Pharmacy:
Monday to Friday:  8.30am to 7.00pm
Saturday : 8.30am to 1.30pm
(Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays)
