Patients’ Identification

With patient’s safety in mind, KKH embarked on the Real Time Location System (RTLS) to allow location tracing of patients within the Hospital during their stay. A wrist band with attached RTLS tag is issued to patients upon admission. Patients are required to wear it at all times while in the Hospital for identification purposes. Charges will be imposed for the loss, damage or non-return of each RTLS tag.
