    1. When will the Cavenagh slip road be closed?
      The Cavenagh slip road will be closed from 20 June 2026 onwards for approximately 2 years.

    2. Why is the Cavenagh slip road being closed?
      As part of the North-South Corridor (NSC) construction, major underground works will be conducted at the Cavenagh slip road between Kampong Java Road and Halifax Road. To mitigate safety risks to the public and road users, the Land Transport Authority (LTA) will implement the Cavenagh slip road closure.

       
  2. Information about accessing KKH@Halifax



    1. By Shuttle Bus
      Patients and caregivers may take the Novena or Bugis shuttle bus services. After stopping at the main KKH building, the shuttle bus will proceed to a new shuttle bay along Kampong Java Road, near the closed Cavenagh slip road. From there, patients and caregivers can reach KKH@Halifax via a sheltered walkway (approximately 160m). Please note that shuttle bus services will no longer turn into KKH@Halifax during the road closure.



      1. What is the frequency of bus arrivals at the new shuttle bay for dropping off and picking up of passengers heading towards KKH@Halifax?
        Approximately 25-minute intervals.

      2. What are the timings of the last bus to depart from the new shuttle bay for Novena and Bugis Routes?
        The last bus will leave at around 6.30pm from Monday to Thursday and 6.00pm on Friday. There will be no shuttle bus service available at the shuttle bay thereafter.
         
    2. On foot from main KKH building:
      You may use the pathway from KKH Koufu to KKH@Halifax. Please note that the pathway is unsheltered and includes flights of stairs. Due to ongoing and upcoming construction works, pedestrian routes may be subject to temporary diversions. Please follow the onsite directional signage during your visit.

    3. By car, private hire, or taxi:
      Please exit from CTE and turn left into 11 Halifax Road, Singapore 229262.

      1. Is parking available at KKH@Halifax?
        KKH@Halifax is separate from the main KKH building and there is no carpark lot available onsite. You may park at the main KKH building carpark at 100 Bukit Timah Road or at a nearby public carpark.
