Dr Yash B. Boricha

Dr Yash B. Boricha, has graduated from Grant Medical College and Sir JJ Group of Hospitals, Mumbai. He trained in Obstetrics and Gynecology under Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) Nashik where he attained his Diploma, and MGM’s university of Health Sciences, Navi Mumbai where he attained his Masters degree. Thereafter he went ahead to pursue DNB, MNAMS and MRCOG.

He has been practicing Obstetrics & Gynecology since 2006, the last 9 years in Singapore, at KK Women’s & Children’s Hospital. Where, with his dedication towards patient care, he has received numerous accolades like "Best Resident Physician" award in 2012, "Service from the heart" award in 2014 and subsequently Singhealth Service Quality award- Silver, Gold and Star for the years 2015, 2017 and 2020 respectively. He was also awarded the "Patient Safety" award in 2017 for his contributions towards patient safety.

With interest in technology and its advances, he actively participated in the Medical Informatics requirements of his division and since 2016 he has played an important role in the smooth transition from paper based to electronic documentation.
