5 mL of blood in EDTA tube ( adult ) 500uL of blood in EDTA tube ( paed ).

Specimen Storage / Transport

Refrigerate sample until transfer to laboratory. Do not freeze. Send sample at 2 - 8 degree C ( with ice-pack ).Blood sample must reach SGH laboratory within 24 hours after collection.
