Additional Information
TERT C228T promoter mutation in the primary tumour was associated with a significant difference in overall survival in patients with adult granulosa cell tumour (aGCT) (p = 0.00253, log-rank test). The TERT C228T promoter mutations may have an important role in progression of aGCT which, when present in the primary tumour, can help identify cases with increased risk of recurrence. The absence of the mutation does not preclude recurrence.

Expected Results:
TERT C228T mutation is detected/not detected.
