Enquiries
The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine is fronted by a dedicated Client Services' team trained to handle enquiries relating to test availability, operating hours of the individual laboratories, type of supplies and media necessary for sample collection, sample handling and transportation, and other general queries.
Where appropriate, enquires on laboratory test status, specialised information and the interpretation of test results will be referred to the appropriate professional staff of the relevant laboratory discipline.

The laboratories of the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine are located at Children's Tower, Basement 1, KK Women's and Children's Hospital.

Routine/non-emergency and stat/emergency tests should be requested during office hours whenever possible. Stat/emergency tests are needed for immediate treatment and management of the patients.
