*All visitors and caregivers must adhere to these measures in line with guidance from the Ministry of Health:
ART Screening for Visitors and Caregivers
a) Fully vaccinated / Medically Ineligible Persons
- Perform self-swab and present a photo of the negative ART result (dated and time-stamped) to our screening assistants prior to entering KKH premises. For fully vaccinated and medically ineligible persons, ART kits may be purchased within KKH.
b) Unvaccinated / Partially Vaccinated Persons
- Self-swabbing is not allowed. A negative ART result must be obtained at an MOH-approved ART provider (refer to go.gov.sg/swabproviders) and present the result in HealthHub or SMS to our screening assistants prior to entering KKH premises.
Patients and Accompanying Persons at Specialist Outpatient Clinics
- Patients at the specialist outpatient clinics and their accompanying person do not need to undergo ART.
- Patients or accompanying persons who received a “Health Risk Warning” SMS are required to produce photo evidence of an ART negative result obtained within 24 hours prior to the visit.

Safe Management Measures
- Complete a declaration form and check-in to the SafeEntry system with the TraceTogether app or token, keep the app running or token with you at all times
- Sanitise hands with at least 60% alcohol-based disinfection rubs before entering the wards
- Eating or drinking is not allowed in the wards
- Do not use the patients’ toilets in the wards and avoid sitting on patients’ beds
- Bring your own mask with good filtration capability (e.g. reusable masks made up of at least two layers of fabric, or surgical masks)
- The mask is to be worn at all times during the visit or when in patient care areas (including wards and clinics)
- Maintain social distancing of at least 1 metre from other patients and visitors
- Do not interact with other patients or visitors

Do not visit our patients if you have:
Flu-like symptoms (e.g. fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, breathlessness or loss of taste / smell etc.)
Received a “Health Risk Warning” SMS from MOH, and have not obtained a negative ART test result obtained within 24 hours prior to the visit (please present photo evidence of ART negative result for entry into KKH)

The information you provide is important in managing the risk of COVID-19 transmission. Under the Infectious Diseases Act, it is an offence to provide false information.
The Infectious Diseases Act requires a person who has reason to suspect that he is a case or carrier of COVID-19, or has had contact with a person with COVID-19, to act in a responsible manner to not expose other persons to the risk of infection by the disease.
The visitor policy is subject to changes as advised by MOH.
Registration
Visitors are required to register themselves before visiting inpatient wards at all levels and outpatient clinics located above level 2.
- For inpatient ward visit, the patient's name, ward and bed number is needed for the registration.
- For outpatient clinic visit, the patient's identification number is needed for the registration.
- Your identity card is needed to access through the gantry.
Registration can be done via:
1. Visitor Registration System Online (temporarily unavailable)
2. Visitor Registration Lobby located at both the Women's and Children's Tower, Level 1.
Note:
Visitors and foreigners with no Singapore issued identity card, employment permit or student pass may seek assistance from our Visitor Services staff at the Visitor Registration Lobby.
Admittance to inpatient wards is strictly from 10.00am to 8.00pm.

Visiting Guidelines
- All visitors to the ward are required to register before they enter.
- Do not visit if you are unwell.
- Visitors should be aged 12 years and above.
- Be considerate and keep the noise levels down. Noise is a source of stress that can interrupt patients' sleep and recovery.
- Do not eat or drink in the wards to reduce infection, and to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
- Refrain from using patients' toilets in the wards and avoid sitting on patients' beds.
- Wash your hands with soap and water, or sanitise them with alcohol rub before and after visiting the patient.
- Smoking or drinking alcohol is not allowed on hospital premises.
- Unauthorised photography and/or audio/video recording using any device is prohibited within KKH premises.
