About Doctor

Dr Ng Zhi Min is a Senior Consultant in the Department of Paediatrics at KK Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH), where she leads the charge in Paediatric Neurorehabilitation. Since completing her specialist training in 2013, she has dedicated her career to maximising the functional potential of children with neurodisability.

In 2015, Dr Ng was awarded the SingHealth HMDP (Health Manpower Developmental Programme) and completed a year-long Clinical Fellowship in Paediatric Rehabilitation at Harvard Medical School/ Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston, USA.

As Programme Director of the Paediatric Integrated Neurorehabilitation Service (PINS) at KKH, Dr Ng leads multidisciplinary efforts to streamline and improve care of patients with long term neurological condition and acquired brain injury. She is also the Principal Investigator for the Cerebral Palsy Registry in Singapore, driving outcome-based research to enhance long-term health services for the community. Her current research interest also includes the application of innovative technologies such as non-invasive neuromodulation to optimise recovery and functional outcomes.

Dr Ng is a committed educator, serving as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the medical schools in Singapore. Outside of work, she advocates for inclusive communities and volunteers with Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore and Tzu Chi Foundation.
