Our rewards and recognition system comprise of both monetary and non-monetary rewards.
We recognise and reward staff for their contributions, work performance and quality service delivery through performance-based compensation, merit rewards as well as Hospital awards.
We maintain a compensation plan that is internally equitable and externally competitive to attract and retain quality staff. The majority of our staff on regular employment receive a monthly base salary, Annual Wage Supplement and a Performance Bonus. In addition, staff who work shifts receive night shift premium and meal subsidies.
We are also proud of our many Hospital’s achievements which are national and international recognition for our staff contributions in making KKH a healthcare leader for Women and Children.
