• This service is currently only available to parents or caregivers with a Singpass account.

• Appointment slots open 24 hours in advance and close 1 hour prior to appointment time.
• Upon successful booking of appointment, you will receive a SMS or Push Notification via the Health Buddy mobile application with your appointment details.
  The Zoom meeting link will be sent to you separately via SMS before your selected appointment time.
  
• Please log in via Zoom 5 minutes before your appointment time.
• Have your child’s birth certificate / identity document and home monitoring devices (if any) on hand.

• Video consultation fee excludes non-standard and additional standard medications.
• A payment link will be sent via email after an appointment is made.
• Prices are subject to change.

Convenient medication delivery to your home within 4 – 6 hours is provided (fee of $4.99 applies). Free self-collection from KKH Children’s Emergency pharmacy is also available.

If deemed unsuitable for video consult, patients may be advised to visit KKH Children’s Emergency for further assessment. Video consultation fee of $118.00 will be waived and prevailing Children’s Emergency fee of $162.80 will apply.

• For conditions that cannot be safely assessed, diagnosed or treated without physical examination, you may be advised to seek face-to-face medical attention for further assessment at a polyclinic or our PaedsENGAGE General Practitioner partners (https://www.kkh.com.sg/paedsengage) for non-emergency conditions.
• This Video Consultation service is NOT for urgent or emergency care. Should you require urgent care, please approach the nearest medical facility, KKH Children’s Emergency, or call 995.
• For the video consultation, patients must be located in Singapore and login from an indoor location using a stable WIFI or internet network.

• This video consultation service is not for management of your child’s chronic conditions. We encourage you to call 6294 4050 to book an appointment with your usual specialist for continuity of care.
