Dr Chitra Ramalingam is Consultant at the Department of Child Development at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Singapore.

Dr Chitra graduated from the Madras Medical College, India in 2000. She obtained her MRCPCH (UK) in 2004 and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (UK). She completed her Specialist paediatric training in UK and has worked as a Consultant in Community Paediatrics in UK for 6 years. Prior to joining KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Dr Chitra was working as a Consultant Paediatrician in private practice for over 3 years in Singapore.

She has over 23 years of experience in Paediatrics and has been doing assessments for children with neurodevelopment problems including Global Developmental Delay, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, and management of common paediatric illnesses.
