About Doctor

Dr Sandra Mascarenhas has been working in the Department of Child Development, KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital since July 2014.  She completed her higher specialist training  in Paediatrics and Community Child Health, UK and obtained  the Certificate of Completion of Training(CCT) in 2013. Her area of interest is in Paediatric Behavioural health and Neurodisability.

She leads the department program of developmental follow-up care for children with complex congenital heart conditions. She is involved in multiagency working and contributes to the Ministry of Education’s school placement program for children with moderate to profound hearing loss. She has keen interest in paediatric ADHD. She is a fellow member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, UK.
