Dr Selena Young Ee-Li

Dr Selena Young Ee-Li is the Head and Senior Principal Speech Therapist, Cleft and Craniofacial Centre. She obtained her Doctorate in Craniofacial Speech Pathology, Master of Health Science Education (Hons), and a Bachelor of Speech Pathology at the University of Sydney. With specialist skills gained from her Ministry of Health fellowship at Great Ormond Street Hospital in UK, Dr Young continues to focus her endeavours in advancing the field of Craniofacial Speech and Language Pathology in Singapore and the region. Dr Young serves on various MOH and SingHealth workgroups and committees, and is a lecturer and research supervisor at the National University of Singapore Master of Science (Speech and Language Pathology) programme. She has been the recipient of grants as the Principal Investigator, and is involved in numerous grant-awarded multi-disciplinary research projects as the Co-Principal Investigator with international and local team members. Besides presenting her research findings regularly at both local and international conferences, Selena serves as a regular peer reviewer for international SLP journals. Dr Young is also actively involved in volunteer work as a team Speech Pathologist with Smile Asia and Operation Smile Singapore.
