This year's multidisciplinary programme explores the challenges faced by caregivers and healthcare providers, with a focus on mental wellbeing, burnout, and support systems. Through perspectives from social workers, physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals, participants will gain practical strategies to support caregivers, foster resilience, and recognise emotional distress, while also highlighting the importance of self-care and peer support. Participants can also look forward to hands-on workshop stations covering enteral feeding, oxygen therapy, tracheostomy care management, and non-invasive ventilation.
