Overview

Specially conducted by KKH’s team of healthcare professionals, this programme is designed to better prepare you and your partner for your pregnancy as you embark on your journey into parenthood.

Course Highlights:
- Labour and delivery
- Antenatal and postnatal physiotherapy
- Breastfeeding
- Newborn care
- Complimentary 'Nurturing Your Child' talk (A 2-hour session held bi-monthly on a Saturday and is complimentary for both 4-Week and 1-Day Intensive courses)

Registration of interest for the KKH Antenatal Programme closes on 1 February 2026 (Sunday).

Note:It is recommended for applicants to register for the programme after week 16 of their pregnancy.

KKH reserves the right to :

· Allocate and award class slots for interested applicants. As the class slots are limited, priority may be accorded to KKH patients who are further along in their pregnancy term (e.g. 30 weeks and above) in consideration of their estimated delivery date (EDD).

· Reschedule classes to online format (such as Zoom webinar and/or meeting), in view of the emergence of a new variant with potential public health risk.

· Deny participants’ entry to the class if they present flu-like symptoms (e.g. fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, breathlessness or loss of taste/smell etc.) in order to protect the health and safety of the participants.
