Specimen Requirement	Blood 5 mL of blood in EDTA tube (Adult) 3 mL of blood in EDTA tube (Paeds) Urine 2 to 10 mL of urine (first morning void)
Specimen Storage/Transport	Refrigerate sample until transfer to laboratory. Do not freeze. Send sample at 2 - 8^oC (with ice-pack ). Sample must reach SGH laboratory with 24 hours after collection.
