Consent and pre-test genetic counselling are mandatory. If opt in for Secondary Findings Add-on Analysis, please obtain patient consent for return of secondary findings.

Please do not share specimen with other labs.

Transport at room temperature immediately after sample collection. Please refer to the Specimen Collection and Shipping Requirements in the Test Information Leaflet for details.
