Specimen Container	Sterile container without any media for CSF, Stool, Fluids and Tissue Use red-capped flocked swab in Universal Transport Medium (UTM) for nasopharyngeal collection. Use Copan flocked swab in sheath without media for throat or other vesicle swabs
Specimen Requirement	CSF, stool, other sites (eg NPA, ETTA, Nasopharyngeal swab, Throat swab) (1) EV71 for MOH HFMD Surveillance (patients with HFMD/herpangina) (2) NOTE:- Please use "Enterovirus PCR" for clinical purposes.
Specimen Storage/Transport	Dispatch as soon as possible or store at 4^oC before transport
