Additional Information	Please order this test for the diagnosis, prognostication, and post treatment monitoring of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). This test will be carried out on plasma, which is set up in accordance with the requirements of the RTOG trial NRG-HN001³ and has been successfully harmonized and credentialed for the trial. For all manual forms, please clearly state diagnosis and which test is required (plasma or whole blood). Otherwise, the default assay of EBV quantitative PCR (plasma) will be run.
