Additional Information	REQUEST FOR Frozen plasma - To call Blood Bank at 6394 1376 when Frozen plasma is required. This will allow time for thawing (approximately 30 minutes). Thawed product expires at 8 hours if stored at 4°C. Blood Bank will only thaw Frozen plasma upon confirmation for transfusion.
