Specimen Container	1) Sterile wide-mouth container for urine 2) Copan flocked swab (red cap) without media for genital sites 3) Cobas PCR media tube (yellow cap) for Chlamydia trachomatis and Neisseria gonorrhoeae (CTNG) test
Specimen Requirement	1) Urine (first catch) 1 - 10 mL Patient must not have urinated within the past 1 hour. 2) Genital swabs After swabbing the genital sites, the flocked swab should be re-sheathed and sent to the laboratory. 3) Genital swabs collected for CTNG test A single Cobas PCR media tube (yellow cap) can be used for both CTNG test and the STI 5-plex test.
Specimen Storage/Transport	Dispatch as soon as possible or store at 4^oC before transport.
