Specimen Container	Sodium citrate tube /Lithium heparin tube (To be obtained from DPLM Client Services, after office hour call extension 1352)
Specimen Requirement	Whole Blood 5 mL Gently invert the tubes several times to prevent clotting. Phlebotomist's name & signature must be provided on the specimen label. Specimen should not be collected after 2pm on Friday as it cannot be stored over the weekend.
Specimen Storage/Transport	Do not refrigerate specimen. Store specimen at room temperature.
